What it does

PUBLISHES the workspace's staged changes LIVE: creates a container version from the workspace, then publishes it. This is what makes new/edited tags actually run on the site. SAFETY: confirm=false → preview (nothing goes live); confirm=true → create version + publish. workspace = a list_gtm_workspaces path (empty → Default Workspace of the resolved container). container = 'GTM-XXXX'/name if workspace is empty.
