Tag Manager

Check, add and publish tracking tags in Google Tag Manager by asking ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or another AI. Nothing goes live without your approval, and every version can be rolled back.

What you can do

See what is installed

Containers, tags, triggers and variables, with what fires where.

Try“Which tags fire on my checkout page?”

Add tracking

Add tags such as GA4, Google Ads conversions or a Meta pixel to a workspace.

Try“Add a Google Ads conversion tag that fires on the thank-you page.”

Publish safely

Publish a workspace as a new version after your approval.

Try“Publish my workspace with a note about the new conversion tag.”

Roll back

Go back to an earlier published version in one step.

Try“Roll back to the version from last Monday.”

Catch risky code

Custom HTML or JavaScript tags are flagged before publishing.

Try“Check my container for custom HTML tags and tell me what they do.”

Manage access

See and change who can use the container, after your approval.

Try“Who has publish access to my container?”

Connect your account

  1. Start the connection

Open Connections in your panel and press Connect on the Tag Manager card, or write “connect my Tag Manager” in your AI chat.

  2. Sign in at Google

Google's own sign-in window opens. Sign in as the person who has access to the ad account and approve the permissions listed below.

  3. Choose the account

Your ad accounts are listed. Pick the one you want to manage and save.

  4. Check it

Back in your chat, ask “list my Tag Manager containers”. If they come back, you are connected.

Permissions we ask for

Nothing outside this list is requested. The access token is stored encrypted, and if you decline a permission nothing is saved.

Nothing changes without your approval

Changes are written to a workspace first and go live only when you approve publishing. Every published version is a snapshot you can roll back to in one step.

Common problems

My new tag doesn't work on the site

It is most likely still in the workspace. A tag is not live until the version is published; publish it and it starts working.

Can I undo a wrong publish?

Yes. Every published version is a snapshot; roll back to the previous one in a single step.

The link says the connection is invalid or expired

A connection link is valid for one hour and works once. Start the connection again from your panel or your chat to get a fresh one.

I picked several accounts but only one was saved

The free trial and Pro keep one ad account per platform, so the first one you picked is saved. Several accounts need the Agency plan.

I signed in with the wrong user

Access is limited to the accounts that user can see. Disconnect from Connections in your panel and connect again as the right person.
