Connecting WordPress
Manage a WordPress site you already run, from the same chat as your ad accounts. Unlike the ad platforms there is no OAuth screen here: you install one plugin on the site, and the site introduces itself to your account.
Before you start
- A WordPress site you can log into as an administrator. It can be anywhere; we do not host it and do not need to.
- An active WordPress entitlement. An AI Server subscription already includes one site, and buying a WordPress package raises the limit.
- The site has to be reachable from the internet. A site on your laptop behind a private network cannot pair, because the plugin has to reach us and we have to reach it back.
Connection steps
- Download the plugin. The panel has the connector plugin as a zip file.
- Install and activate it in WordPress, under Plugins, then Add New, then Upload.
- Start pairing from the plugin. It opens an approval page on our side showing the site address and the account it will be attached to.
- Approve. Pairing is short-lived, so if you leave the page open for a while and it expires, start again from the plugin and it works.
- Confirm. Ask your assistant to list your WordPress sites; the site should come back with its name and your tier.
What you can do once connected
Posts and pages, media, categories and tags, plugins and themes, users and settings. If you run WooCommerce, products and orders come with it. Anything not covered by a dedicated tool is reachable through WP-CLI, which is the same command line you would use over SSH.
Writes follow the same rule as everywhere else: content is created as a draft you review, and changes are confirmed by you and written to the audit log.
Site limits
Entitlement is counted in sites, not in traffic or posts. The entry tier covers one site, and larger packages cover five or twenty-five. Reconnecting a site that is already attached does not consume a slot; it just refreshes its token.
Troubleshooting
My assistant says there are no WordPress tools. What is wrong?
The tools appear once you have both an entitlement and at least one connected site. If the plugin is not installed and paired yet, there is nothing for the tools to act on, so they stay out of the way. Installing the plugin and pairing is the whole fix.
Why does pairing fail or the approval page expire?
The pairing window is deliberately short, a matter of minutes, so a link that leaks later is useless. Trigger pairing again from the plugin and approve it straight away.
Can I connect more than one site?
Yes, up to your tier's site count. Every tool takes the site address as an argument, so with several sites connected you say which one you mean, and your assistant asks if it is ambiguous.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Nothing on the site itself. Losing the entitlement only means the tools stop working; your posts, plugins and settings are exactly where you left them. You can also cut the link from inside the plugin at any time, which is the fastest way to revoke access.
