Keep your Google Business Profile up to date, answer reviews, publish posts and see how people find you on Search and Maps, all by asking ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or another AI.
What you can do
Update your profile
Name, phone, website, description, opening and special hours, categories and address, after a preview.
Try“Set our holiday hours: closed on 1 January, 10:00 to 16:00 on 31 December.”
Answer reviews
Read reviews and reply to them after you approve each reply.

Connect your account
- Start the connection
Open Connections in your panel and press Connect on the Business Profile card, or write “connect my Business Profile” in your AI chat.
- Sign in at Google
Google's own sign-in window opens. Sign in as the person who has access to the ad account and approve the permissions listed below.
- Choose the account
Your ad accounts are listed. Pick the one you want to manage and save.
- Check it
Back in your chat, ask “list my business locations”. If they come back, you are connected.
Before you start
- You need manager access on the business profile, and Google's ownership verification must already be complete.
- If you have several locations, they all appear in one sign-in. On the free trial and Pro you pick one to manage.
Permissions we ask for
- openid
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage
Nothing outside this list is requested. The access token is stored encrypted, and if you decline a permission nothing is saved.

On the free trial and Pro you manage one location; several locations need the Agency plan.
Common problems
Why isn't my approved update on the profile yet?
Google reviews business information changes, and fields like phone and description can wait before going live. The change is done on our side; the wait is in Google's queue.
Can I change a review reply later?
Yes, writing a new reply to the same review replaces the old one. The reviewer is notified, so read the preview before you approve.
The link says the connection is invalid or expired
A connection link is valid for one hour and works once. Start the connection again from your panel or your chat to get a fresh one.
I picked several accounts but only one was saved
The free trial and Pro keep one ad account per platform, so the first one you picked is saved. Several accounts need the Agency plan.
I signed in with the wrong user
Access is limited to the accounts that user can see. Disconnect from Connections in your panel and connect again as the right person.
