What it does

Shows what is WAITING TO BE PUBLISHED in a GTM workspace — every pending tag/trigger/variable change (added, updated, deleted) plus any merge conflicts. It shows exactly what would go live before publish_gtm_container, and why a tag does not fire yet (unpublished changes never run on the site). workspace = a list_gtm_workspaces path (empty → Default Workspace); container = 'GTM-XXXX'/name when workspace is empty.
