What it does

Business-Center-scoped change log — who changed what and when across the BC's ad accounts. advertiser_id optionally narrows to one account; start_date/end_date are YYYY-MM-DD. limit is the number of entries in this response (0 = as many as fit, about 370 KB); when has_more is true, call again with page_token=next_page_token to get the remaining entries without a new TikTok request or another credit. bc_id comes from list_tiktok_business_centers.
