What it does

Creates a TikTok AD IDENTITY — the brand name and avatar shown on the ad. IMPORTANT: on a brand-new TikTok ad account there is NO identity yet, and every ad requires one — so without this, list_tiktok_identities comes back empty and no ad can be created at all. One identity per advertiser is enough; the returned identity_id goes to create_tiktok_ad. display_name = the name viewers see (the brand). image_uri (optional) = an uploaded image id for the avatar (upload_tiktok_image). confirm=false previews.
