What it does

Creates a TikTok WELCOME-CHAT (automated message) template: the greeting a user sees the moment they tap a Direct Message ad, plus optional tappable 'suggested question → automatic answer' pairs. TikTok requires such a template on every messaging ad, so without this no DM campaign can go live.

title = internal template name. content = the greeting message. suggested_questions = [{"question": "...", "answer": "..."}] — both fields are mandatory in each pair. TikTok reviews the template (audit_status); once it PASSes, pass its auto_message_id to create_tiktok_ad. confirm=false previews.
