What it does

Creates a TikTok custom audience from a CUSTOMER LIST (retarget your CRM contacts / build a lookalike seed). identifiers = comma- or newline-separated emails or phone numbers; id_type: EMAIL | PHONE. Identifiers are SHA-256 hashed ON THE SERVER before upload; raw PII never leaves. TikTok needs roughly 1000+ matching users for the audience to be usable. confirm=false previews, confirm=true applies.
