What it does

Shares (or un-shares) TikTok custom audiences with other ad accounts under the SAME Business Center, so one seed list can serve several managed advertisers. audience_ids and shared_advertiser_ids are comma-separated; action: SHARE | CANCEL. Targets must be in the same BC or TikTok rejects it. confirm=false previews, confirm=true applies.
