What it does
Lists every TikTok ad identity — the identity_id needed when creating ads. If the identity directory is unavailable, identities used by existing ads are returned instead (source="existing_ads"). ``limit`` pages only the response (0 = as many as safely fit); use ``page_token`` for the cached remainder without another TikTok request or credit.
