What it does

Lists every TikTok ad; adgroup_id optionally narrows the source. Each ad returns its reusable creative identifiers: tiktok_item_id (an organic TikTok post = Spark ad), video_id (an uploaded video) or image_ids, plus identity_id/identity_type. ``limit`` pages only this response (0 = as many as safely fit); use ``page_token`` for the cached remainder without another TikTok request or credit. The numeric prefix in an ad name is not a video_id — use the returned fields.
