What it does

Uploads an image creative to Meta and returns its image_hash — reusable across ads. Input is ONE of: object_story_id (an existing Page post; its image is reused; id from list_meta_page_posts), image_url (public link), or image_base64 (the file itself, such as one dropped into the chat; a data: prefix is accepted). JPEG/PNG/GIF/WebP, max 8MB. For a post's own image, object_story_id resolves a fresh link server-side; Facebook's CDN links are signed and short-lived, so a link copied earlier can come back 403. Pass the returned image_hash to create_meta_link_ad / create_meta_video_ad / create_meta_carousel_ad.
