What it does

Creates a Meta SPLIT TEST (A/B) that compares two existing campaigns 50/50 on non-overlapping audiences and reports a statistically fair winner. campaign_a / campaign_b from list_meta_campaigns. start_time / end_time in ISO 8601 (2026-08-15T09:00:00+03:00) or unix seconds. A clean read needs the two campaigns to differ in ONE variable (creative, audience, or placement). confirm=false = preview.
