What it does

Creates a dynamic product ad (DPA) — one creative that automatically pulls products from the catalog. The ad set must be catalog-bound (create_meta_adset with product_set_id). page_id from list_meta_pages, product_set_id from list_meta_product_sets. message/description accept macros such as {{product.name}} and {{product.price}}; empty lets Meta fill product fields. call_to_action: SHOP_NOW | LEARN_MORE | BUY_NOW... confirm=false = preview.
