What it does

Uploads an image to the Google Ads asset library → returns the asset resource_name. The returned value is used in PMax images, responsive display ads, and image extensions. JPEG/PNG/GIF, ≤5MB. aspect crops/pads the image to the ratio Google requires before upload ("1:1" for logos and square images, "1.91:1" for landscape/image extensions; also "square"/"landscape"/"4:5"); leave empty to upload as-is. fit="cover" crops the overflowing edges from the centre (right for photos), fit="pad" keeps the whole image and fills the rest with pad_color (right for wide logos — use "transparent" or "#FFFFFF"). confirm=false → dry-run.
