What it does

ONE-CALL ACCOUNT PICTURE for one ad platform: inventory, change dates, lifetime and recent performance and account totals. platform: google_ads | meta | tiktok | linkedin | microsoft | chatgpt_ads; when omitted, the only connected ad platform is used (platform_note says so). For every campaign it joins what it is, when it changed, lifetime and recent performance, plus account totals. account = that platform's account id (empty = connected default). include_inactive=false lists serving/active campaigns and campaigns that spent in the lifetime window; true lists every non-removed campaign. Lifetime starts at the earliest campaign start/creation date, capped by each provider's reporting limit. Costs the credits of the underlying list_entities and get_report calls. Every campaign is retained: limit controls only this response page, and page_token returns the saved remainder without another source request or credit. Read-only.
