What it does

UPDATES a Microsoft (Bing) ad group's settings. IMPORTANT: in Bing the campaign's END DATE lives on the AD GROUP — so "when does my campaign stop?" / "extend it by a month" is answered here, not on the campaign. Also sets the default CPC bid, start date, status and network.

end_date / start_date: 'YYYY-MM-DD'. status: Active | Paused. network: OwnedAndOperatedAndSyndicatedSearch (Bing + partners) | OwnedAndOperatedOnly (Bing only) | SyndicatedSearchOnly. Leave a field empty to keep it unchanged. confirm=false previews.
