What it does

Edits a CUSTOM conversion goal: change which conversion actions it contains, rename it, or delete it.

It unblocks deleting a conversion action that Google says is used by a custom goal: conversion_actions holds the ids that REMAIN (comma separated), without the one to delete. remove=true deletes the whole goal. list_custom_conversion_goals returns the ids. confirm=false → dry-run.

Because this tool changes your account, your assistant first shows a preview of exactly what will change. Nothing is applied until you say yes, and every applied change is written to your audit log.
