Returns the estimated reach for a targeting setup (audience size before spending).

What it does
Returns the estimated reach for a targeting setup (audience size before spending). countries: comma-separated ISO codes. interest_ids: comma-separated ids from search_meta_interests. genders: 1 (men) and/or 2 (women). Demographics & behaviours are estimated too, with exactly the same fields and codes as create_meta_adset (relationship_statuses — 3 = married, education_statuses, family_statuses, life_events, industries, behaviors) — size the audience here BEFORE building the ad set.
