What it does
Estimates an ad set's reachable audience size and expected daily results for its CURRENT targeting/optimization, WITHOUT spending. optimization_goal (optional) overrides the estimate goal (OFFSITE_CONVERSIONS, LINK_CLICKS…). adset_id from list_meta_adsets. It checks targeting before launch.
