What it does

Manages SHARED negative keyword lists (Shared Library, account-level — the lists list_shared_negative_lists reads). action: • create (name required) → creates an empty shared negative list, returns its id • add (shared_set_id + keywords required) → adds negatives; each keyword is 'text' (defaults to PHRASE) or 'text|EXACT' / 'text|BROAD' / 'text|PHRASE' • remove (shared_set_id + keywords) → removes matching keywords from the list • attach (shared_set_id + campaign_id) → applies the list to a campaign • detach (shared_set_id + campaign_id) → removes the list from a campaign • rename (shared_set_id + name) → renames the list; keywords and campaign attachments stay as they are confirm=false → dry-run preview.
