What it does
Lists the account's SHARED negative keyword lists (Shared Library → "Negative keyword lists" / shared sets, type NEGATIVE_KEYWORDS) — the account-level lists that list_negative_keywords CANNOT see (it only covers campaign/ad-group level). Returns each list's name, id, keyword count, status and which campaigns it is attached to. get_shared_negative_list returns a list's keywords. Read-only.
