What it does
Lists Google's campaign recommendations + optimization score, WITH PROJECTED IMPACT (estimated +conversions / +clicks / +cost if the recommendation is applied). rec_type filters by recommendation type (KEYWORD, CAMPAIGN_BUDGET, TARGET_CPA_OPT_IN, …); include_dismissed=true also returns dismissed ones. The returned resource_names are passed to apply_recommendation / dismiss_recommendations. Every matching recommendation is retained: limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit), and page_token=next_page_token reads the cached remainder without another Google query or credit.
