What it does
Lists the account's SAVED audiences (reusable targeting presets — interests + geo + demographics saved in Ads Manager) with approximate size. Different from list_meta_audiences, which returns CUSTOM/retargeting audiences. Reuse their targeting when building ad sets. Every matching audience is retained: limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit), and page_token=next_page_token retrieves the cached remainder without another Meta request or credit.
