What it does
Lists the account's custom conversions (URL- or event-based conversion definitions built on a pixel). Each one works for reporting or as an ad set's optimization event.
ARCHIVED = DELETED: deleting a custom conversion in Meta Events Manager only archives it, and Meta keeps returning it. Archived ones are left OUT by default (archived_count says how many); include_archived=true includes them.
`never_fired` lists live conversions whose last_fired_time is empty: they have never recorded a single conversion, which usually means the rule does not match what the pixel actually sends. Those conversions are not working.
