What it does

Lists the product catalogs on the ad account's Business Manager — the source for catalog / dynamic product ads (DPA), the highest-ROAS format for e-commerce. Returns each catalog's id, name, product_count and vertical. The catalog_id goes to list_meta_product_sets and create_meta_adset (product_catalog_id). Every matching catalog is retained: limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit), and page_token=next_page_token retrieves the cached remainder without another Meta request or credit.
