What it does
Lists ALL campaign groups in a LinkedIn ad account (fully paginated).
⚠️ These rows are what the user's Campaign Manager screen calls **"Campaigns"** — LinkedIn renamed the UI levels in October 2025 without renaming the API. This is the RIGHT tool when someone asks to list their LinkedIn campaigns. A paused group stops every ad set inside it even if those ad sets read ACTIVE.
ACTIVE = `status` ACTIVE **and** `serving_statuses` contains RUNNABLE; `serving_count` is the number actually running. If a row has `_truncated`, the list is INCOMPLETE — say so. Every matching campaign is retained: `limit` controls only this transport response (0 = as many as fit); when `has_more` is true, pass `page_token=next_page_token` to receive the cached remainder without another LinkedIn request or credit.
