What it does
Lists a campaign's CURRENT extension assets (sitelinks, callouts, call, structured snippets, promotions, prices, WhatsApp message extensions, app, hotel callout, lead form) with the asset id and the resource_name needed to remove each one. If campaign_id is empty, covers all campaigns. Every matching link is retained: `limit` controls only this response page and `page_token=next_page_token` reads the cached continuation without another Google Ads query or credit. Read-only.
