What it does

Lists Google Ads CONVERSION GOALS — the modern lever that decides which conversion CATEGORY is PRIMARY (biddable: counted in the Conversions column + feeds Smart Bidding) vs SECONDARY. In goal-based accounts THIS governs bidding, not a single action's primary_for_goal flag — so it is the correct way to demote/promote 'local actions' too. Each goal is identified by category + origin (ENGAGEMENT/GOOGLE_HOSTED = Google Business Profile 'other engagements' / map-profile signals; GET_DIRECTIONS/GOOGLE_HOSTED = directions; DEFAULT/WEBSITE = website leads; PHONE_CALL_LEAD/CALL_FROM_ADS = calls from ads). Pass campaign_id to also see that campaign's overrides. Read-only.
