What it does
Lists the account's ASSET LIBRARY (Assets) — ALL asset types across the whole account (not just one campaign): sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, calls, IMAGES, promotions, prices, lead forms, and text assets. Shows each asset's type, a readable label, id, and source (ADVERTISER = you created it, AUTOMATICALLY_CREATED = Google auto). asset_type optionally filters (IMAGE, SITELINK, CALLOUT, PROMOTION, …). Every matching asset is retained: `limit` controls only this transport response and `page_token=next_page_token` reads the cached continuation without another Google Ads query or credit. include_usage=true also says, per asset, whether it is used by a running ad, only by paused/removed ones, or by nothing at all — that is what to check before any clean-up. NOTE: Google Ads has NO API to delete library assets (the API supports create and update only), so unused assets cannot be removed from here or in bulk; they can only be unlinked from campaigns (remove_extension_assets) or hidden in the Google Ads interface. LOCATION is NOT an asset-library type — location assets come from the Google Business Profile link and are handled by add_location_assets. BUSINESS NAME / LOGO are NOT asset types in Google Ads: they are FIELD TYPES of a TEXT or IMAGE asset, reported by list_extension_assets (campaign- and account-level BUSINESS_NAME / BUSINESS_LOGO / LANDSCAPE_LOGO links) and attached with manage_extension_assets(link_asset_ids=..., link_field_type=...). include_approval=true adds, per asset, its LINK approval status across campaigns and the account (approval_status ELIGIBLE / PENDING / LIMITED / NOT_ELIGIBLE, with reasons such as ASSET_DISAPPROVED) plus a top-level approval_summary of the disapproved/limited ones. That shows which sitelinks were not approved; the ad-level policy report, list_ad_policy_issues, covers ads only and never shows extension/sitelink assets. Read-only.

How to use it
You don't call tools by name. Write what you want in ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant connected to Opus Growth, in your own words; it picks this tool when it fits.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Default | |

| customer_id | string | Required | · | Google Ads customer account ID to query or change. Use the numeric ID returned by list_accounts; omit separators unless this tool explicitly says otherwise. |
| asset_type | string | Optional | · | Provider-specific asset type accepted by this operation. Use a supported value from the tool documentation or returned provider data. |
| limit | integer | Optional | 0 | Maximum number of rows returned in this response. When the result has_more flag is true, continue with next_page_token rather than assuming the list is complete. |
| include_usage | boolean | Optional | false | Whether to include usage in this operation's result or change. |
| include_approval | boolean | Optional | false | Whether to include approval in this operation's result or change. |
| page_token | string | Optional | · | Continuation token returned as next_page_token by a previous call. Leave empty for the first page; pass it unchanged to retrieve the cached next page. |
