What it does

Reads the extension assets LINKED to a campaign (sitelink / callout / structured snippet / call / promotion / price). If campaign_id is empty, returns extensions for all campaigns in the account. by_type: how many of each type are attached. Every matching extension is retained: `limit` controls only this response page and `page_token=next_page_token` reads the cached continuation without another Google Ads query or credit. READ-ONLY.
