What it does
Inspects a URL's Google index status: whether it is indexed, last crawl time, robots/indexing state, chosen canonical, mobile usability, and rich results. site_url must be a verified property.
To ask Google to crawl a page that is not indexed or is stale, use gsc_request_indexing (Indexing API URL_UPDATED + sitemap resubmit, ~200 URLs/day); this tool only reads status.
