What it does

Asks Google to crawl new or updated pages now — the API counterpart of Search Console's "Request indexing" button. Each URL is sent to Google's Indexing API as URL_UPDATED; with resubmit_sitemaps=true (default) every sitemap already submitted for the property is resubmitted too. This is a crawl request, NOT an indexing guarantee: Google decides whether and when to index. Google officially supports this API for pages with JobPosting or BroadcastEvent (livestream) structured data; for other pages it works as a crawl hint and Google may ignore it. Requirements: the connected Google account must be an OWNER (not just a user) of the Search Console property, and every URL must belong to that property. Quota: Google allows about 200 URLs per day per project, so at most 20 URLs per call. gsc_inspect_urls shows the result later. page_urls is a list of full URLs (a comma/newline-separated string is also accepted).

How to use it

You don't call tools by name. Write what you want in ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant connected to Opus Growth, in your own words; it picks this tool when it fits.

Because this tool changes your account, your assistant first shows a preview of exactly what will change. Nothing is applied until you say yes, and every applied change is written to your audit log.
