What it does
Reads the Google Ads tag info for conversion actions: Conversion ID (AW-...) + label, the 'send_to' value needed for GTM / gtag (Google tag) setup. conversion_action_ids is a comma-separated id list; empty returns all conversions in the account. Read-only.
