What it does
GOOGLE ADS ONLY — lists Google Ads account changes over the last N days IN DEPTH: who (user_email), from where (client_type), when, operation (CREATE/UPDATE/REMOVE), resource, CHANGED FIELDS, and old→new values. Google permits this resource for at most 30 days (this tool uses the safe 29-day range). resource_type filters by Google's change resource type (CAMPAIGN, AD_GROUP, AD_GROUP_CRITERION, …) and operation by 'CREATE'|'UPDATE'|'REMOVE'. Every returned change is retained: limit controls only this response page and page_token continues from cache without another query or credit. Google returns at most 10,000 change events per query; when a period holds more, the tool splits the period and queries each part, so every change in the period is returned. For the same audit trail on Meta (who changed which campaign/ad set/ad and when) use meta_change_history.
