What it does

Downloads the answers people submitted through a Meta instant form — name, phone, email and every custom question, with the ad, ad set and campaign each lead came from.

form_id comes from list_meta_lead_forms. since (YYYY-MM-DD) returns only newer leads, which is how you pull just what arrived since the last check. This is the Meta counterpart of download_tiktok_leads. Every matching lead is retained: limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit), and page_token=next_page_token retrieves the cached remainder without another Meta request or credit. Read-only.
