What it does

DELETES a Meta custom/lookalike audience: lists built by mistake, duplicates, or audiences removed on a privacy request. Without it, audiences could be created but never deleted. NOTE: an audience still attached to an ad set cannot be deleted; detach it first. audience_id from list_meta_audiences. confirm=false previews.
