What it does
Creates a Performance Max campaign (PAUSED): budget + campaign + asset group + text and image assets. Google REJECTS an asset group that is missing anything, so all of these are required: at least 3 headlines (≤30 chars), 1 long headline (≤90), 2 descriptions (≤90), plus at least one landscape image (1.91:1), one square image (1:1) and one square logo. Upload the images first with upload_image_asset and pass the returned resource_names in marketing_image_assets / square_image_assets / logo_assets.
