What it does

Creates a Responsive Search Ad (RSA). headlines: 3-15 headlines, descriptions: 2-4 descriptions, final_url required. path1/path2 are optional display URL paths. PINNING: headline_pins is a list in the SAME ORDER as headlines with 1, 2, 3 (or Headline1/2/3) to pin that headline to a position, '' to leave it unpinned; description_pins likewise with 1 or 2. Microsoft requires at least one asset that can serve in every position, so not all headlines can be pinned to the same slot. confirm=false = preview, confirm=true applies.
