What it does

Creates a campaign in Microsoft Advertising (starts PAUSED). campaign_type: Search | Audience | Shopping | DynamicSearchAds. daily_budget is in the account's currency. Subject to the absolute budget cap (parity with Google/Meta). confirm=false = preview, confirm=true applies.
