What it does

Customer Match audience — creates an EMPTY list shell. upload_key_type: CONTACT_INFO | CRM_ID | MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID. NOTE: member (hashed email/phone) UPLOAD is a separate step and requires Customer Match eligibility; this tool only creates the list. confirm=false → dry-run.
