What it does

Conversion tracking health — audits conversion actions: paused/removed, and zero recorded data over the lookback window. It reports include_in_conversions_metric (the REAL Primary/Secondary flag in goal-based accounts — biddable = counted in the Conversions column); the legacy primary_for_goal is also returned but can be misleading (it is true on hidden auto-goals and false on the genuinely Primary action in goal-based accounts). A zero-conversion alert is raised ONLY for Primary (included) actions — a Secondary/observation action recording 0 is expected, not broken. The UI 'Tracking status' diagnostic (Active / Needs attention / No recent conversions) is computed by Google and is NOT a single API field; for the full per-action table use list_conversion_actions. days: lookback window for the conversion-volume check (default 30). Read-only.
