What it does

Pauses, activates or archives a ChatGPT Ads campaign, ad group or ad.

`kind`: campaign | ad_group | ad. `action`: pause | activate | archive. Archiving is not reversible through the API, so it needs the same explicit confirmation as the others. confirm=false returns a dry run naming exactly what will change; confirm=true applies it and reads the object back so the new status is confirmed rather than assumed.

`account` = the ChatGPT Ads ad account id; leave it empty to use your connected/default account. Each OpenAI Ads API key is scoped to one ad account, so connect one key per account with connect_chatgpt_ads.
