What it does

ChatGPT Ads delivery report with every option OpenAI offers: hourly/daily/monthly buckets, platform/country/device breakdowns, zero-impression rows and conversion metrics.

`scope_id` narrows to one campaign/ad group/ad (cmpn_/adgrp_/ad_); empty = whole account. `level`: account | campaign | ad_group | ad — one row per entity at that level. `granularity`: none (period total) | hourly (about 30 days of history) | daily | monthly; times are in the account time zone. `segment`: platform (android_app, android_web, desktop_web, ios_app, ios_web, web) | country | device | product — one at a time, not with hourly, not with conversions. `include_zero=true` adds campaigns/groups/ads that got no impressions (unsegmented only), which is how you see what is NOT delivering. `conversions=true` (granularity none or daily only) adds conversions, cpa, post_click_cvr, attributed sales and ROAS (null means not computable, not zero; conversions settle over about a day). Spend, CPC and CPM are in the account currency. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD (end inclusive); without dates the last `days` days. Every matching row is retained: `limit` controls only this response, and `page_token=next_page_token` reads the cached continuation without another API call or credit. `offset` remains supported for compatibility. Read-only.
