What it does

Shows the ChatGPT Ads account-level spending limits: date-range windows and the recurring daily limit, with spend so far.

An account limit caps spend across ALL campaigns; a campaign can have budget left and still stop because the account limit is used up. Amounts are in the account currency; end dates are exclusive (the limit ends at midnight of that day, account time zone). OpenAI exposes these only to an ad-account ADMIN key with billing permission; with an ordinary key the tool states exactly that. Account limits exist only on postpaid (invoice) billing. Read-only.
