What it does

Reads and sets the SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS on a Google Business Profile: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, WhatsApp and the appointment link. With `location` alone it READS what is currently published. WHY A SEPARATE TOOL: these live in the location's ATTRIBUTES resource, not in the location body, so gbp_update_location cannot see or change them. `links` = comma-separated `network=url` pairs (instagram=https://instagram.com/<account>, youtube=https://youtube.com/@<channel>). Accepted network names: instagram, facebook, twitter (or x), linkedin, youtube, tiktok, pinterest, whatsapp, appointment. `remove` = comma-separated network names to clear. Only the networks you name are touched; every other attribute on the listing is preserved. Google allows a different attribute set per business CATEGORY, so each network is checked against what Google permits for that listing first and an unsupported one is reported instead of being silently dropped. confirm=false → preview of the exact before/after.

Because this tool changes your account, your assistant first shows a preview of exactly what will change. Nothing is applied until you say yes, and every applied change is written to your audit log.
