What it does

Read the SEO settings of a connected WordPress site: which SEO plugin runs it, the search engine verification codes in place, and, for one page, its meta title, meta description, canonical and focus keyword.

Call with no id for the site level. Pass a page or post id to read that page's SEO fields, which is what seo_audit reports on when it says a meta description is missing.
