What it does

Lists the CONTACT FORM SUBMISSIONS (leads) that came in from the user's hosted static site — every message the form relay received, whether or not the e-mail went out.

This is the record behind configure_site_smtp: each submission is written down BEFORE the e-mail is attempted, so a lead is never lost when the mail account refuses a send (expired app password, quota, a temporary 4xx). `delivered:false` with an `error` means the message is stored here but never reached the inbox; configure_site_smtp fixes the mail account and the lead is still here.

Every visible form field is returned in `fields`, so hidden tracking inputs (gclid, wbraid, gbraid, utm_*) travel with the lead and a form submission can be matched to the click that produced it. `days` looks that far back (default 30, max 365). limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit); when has_more is true, pass page_token=next_page_token to get the remaining saved results without another query or credit. Read-only; nothing is deleted and no visitor IP is stored.
