What it does

Creates a GA4 custom dimension, making an event/user parameter reportable in GA4. parameter_name = the event param key; display_name = shown in reports; scope: EVENT | USER. property: from ga4_list_properties. SAFETY: confirm=false → preview; confirm=true → creates. Needs the analytics.edit scope (reconnect Analytics if you get a permission error).
